jared37 you're looking for someone who is truly sadistic, or at least who can play the role. Try FetLife.com. You won't have any problem finding someone there to help you fulfill your fantasy. Be honest about who you are and what you want or expect. You'll get plenty of takers who are earnest.
it's ok to have a good fantasy as long as it doesn't get out of hand. is this fantasy preventing u from doing other things u wanna do or need to do? if it is u might try & live that fantasy with the right guys. or, u might wanna ask urself why u have got these fantasies, what is it ur trying to avoid? might take alot of work to figure that out. but if it's not much more than something u would really like to try but ur moving on with life, keep looking untill u find the right opportunites then have alot of fun! :)
