When receiving oral sex, do you tell your partner that you're about to cum?

In my limited experience giving blowjobs, I've discovered that there appear to be two groups of guys; those who announce that they're about to cum, and those that just orgasm without any advance verbal warning. I guess I prefer guys who will excitedly gasp "Fuck, yeah, I'm gonna cum" or words to that effect a few seconds before they go over the edge. This gives me the option to pull away, or prepare to receive that first blast of semen at the back of my throat.

Fortunately, the majority of guys I've brought off orally -- seven or eight in all -- tend to vocally telegraph their orgasms, although I'm not sure if this is a matter of courtesy, or just an involuntary exclamation of pleasure. Indeed, there are certain physical signs that tell me a guy is nearing the brink of orgasm, but these tend to be less reliable and harder to read than the obligatory "Oh, god, here I come" pronouncement just before the critical moment. I have on at least three occasions been taken by surprise.

I let him know that I'm about to cum out of courtesy and I appreciate the same. If he asks during the blowjob if I swallow (I usually do) then it's not a big deal if he doesn't announce it, though most guys still do.

I always announce that I'm about to cum and thanks to girls "beating" this courtesy into my head (and the heads of other guys who failed to warn them). Yes, judging from your description of events immediately preceding orgasm, you're obviously experienced in this area. Most of the guys on whom I've performed oral sex tend to buck their hips vigorously in the last 30 seconds or so before orgasming. This seems particularly true when they're in a standing position and I'm kneeling before them.
