Is it possible to give yourself too many enemas? is too many bad for you?

Yes too many can be dangerous and those who kidney problems can suffer greatly too.

and it also messes with the normal flora of your intestinal track that serve many protective services. which can lead to weaker immune systems, and since your intestine is lined with mucosa, an enema could wash that away and raise a risk of tear.

They should be used really sparingly.

A quick Google search and I can't find anything on the internet that doesn't suggest even plain water can be used as often as you want. There were multiple consequences listed - including - "lazy bowel".
