As I don't have a penis, I don't quite understand the desire. But I am looking forward to my next piercing, which will be a vertical clit hood piercing, so I do somewhat identify. I don't have one, and don't I want one, but I have been with a man who did.

Hubby likes them and we have discussed it, but he had minor surgery a few years ago for a blockage from scar tissue (from his circumcision at birth, no less!) and doesn't want to chance it. He does have his scrotum pierced.

One thing to note, you won't ever be able to pee standing up again. From what I have been told, they tend to heal pretty quickly, but you are still talking about around 4-6 weeks before you can have normal and unprotected sex.

all guys we talked to agreed, it is much less pain then a nipple piercing.
it is fun to play with, fun to hang something from or just keep your penis stretched during the day...
the one major drawback is when you pee. you have to sit down or you spray all over the place.
but you can also replace it with a princess wand (hollow tube) and pee as usual.
It would not work for me, since i like rough play and my wife would chop her teeth because she goes down on my dick so often.

First, Very little pain!
When I got the initial 10 gauge piercing it was not very painful, I would say about the same a getting a small sliver in your finger, just a split second and that was it.

Second, Heals quick!
There was very little bleeding and it healed very fast, I was healed enough for penetrative sex within 2 weeks, but it looked so cool I masturbated to orgasm on the third day with no bad results. I have been told that a condom should be worn for penetration until it is well healed.

I have a PA, actually a double PA, and a Hafada (scrotal) piercing that is currently closing up to be redone. I did them all myself and while they did 'hurt' some when first doing it they have healed and are wonderful!
