This question has been bantered around before, and not so long ago at that. ChiFunGuy and darkeyes are correct. However, no one has covered the risk of Hepatitis C, and it is a major one. The risks of contracting Hep C and other STDs during oral sex are much, much greater than the risk of contracting HIV.

I am very oral. And because I absolutely hate condoms because they interfere too much with intimacy and sensation, I am careful to get to know my sex partner before I play.
