I just recieved this a few mins ago, but I think its pretty great. As a former Veterans Reps. aide, I still love and honor all of my Veterans and their families, and all Vets of all wars and branches hold my affection and respect. :}

I, myself, have been thanking the people in the military for years. These men and women are our freedom protectors. I wish them all the prayers that we can muster up for them. God Bless them one and all.

i thank them too... they do things that i couldn't do..they are braver then i will ever be. every time a soldier comes home... its great to see and i hope this war ends soon because no one else should have to die.

AS a 100% disabled Vietnam vet, it does my heart good to see the public now acknowledging the contributions of our servicemen. Especially since most of them today are not on the career track like I was, instead they are the reservists who have to leave their jobs and families for a year or more at a time, working on only a partial budget while on active duty. Many of them have risked not only their lives, but their financial well being too. They have lost homes, savings, and spouses due to the extreme financial hardships. These fine young men and women deserve all the recognition we can give them.

Thanks again for sharing that wonderful tribute.
