I think we should just change the time by half an hour and just leave it. Got too many clocks to change these days! lol Besides, I like the night! hehe

No - just the US, Canada, and certain Caribbean nations (Cuba, Bermuda, Bahamas)
In the EU, daylight savings time (summer time) runs from March 25 to October 28.
NOTE: Certain US states and territories do not observe daylight savings time: Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Arizona. However, the Navajo (more properly known as Dineh) do observe daylight savings time, even though much of the Navajo reservation is in Arizona.
In Canada, Saskatchewan does something different too, apparently, as do parts of BC, Quebec, Ontario, and Nunavut.

and I had trouble remembering when it changed before...now I gotta forget what I couldn't remember and remember what I'll probably forget and not forget to remember what it is I can't remember in the first place! lol!!
