The Clash,
The Clash,

This question is somewhat spurious, since its like asking what's your favourite film, but apropos of nothing:
1. Damien Rice, "Cannonball" - because I have the intellectual sophistication of one. But seriously, for another reason (and if you're reading ...)
2. Karen Dalton, "How Did the Feeling Feel to You"
3. David Bowie, "Heroes" - I hated this song, but following coming out as Bi it brings back happy memories of lived in Berlin in a previous intellectual life
4. Debussy, "Claire de lune" - but that's a secret
5. Sinead O'Connor, "Nothing compares to you". I hated this song also, but after coming out as Bi I now understand the soul-wrenching emptiness in the song. Nihilism at its very best

Hm... my favourite song changes almost weekly! But at the moment "It's all night long" by Lionel Richie. Makes me want to dance... even though I can't dance.

Wow, too hard Greg! I love music and it changes with my moods so that can be hourly sometimes. lol
Right now I've been listening to a lot of Hinder, Buck Cherry, Incubus, 30 Seconds to Mars, Panic at the Disco, Fall Out Boys, AFI, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Lost Prophets, Muse, OK GO, My Chemical Romance, Korn, Breaking Benjamins, +44, Plain White Ts, and so on. Tomorrow I could be listening to the Raspberries, Jackson 5, Duran, Japan, Bauhaus, Psuedo Echo, and the list goes on. And if I really want to get on allbi and MIHH's nerves I could even go a couple rounds of Journey and Styx...lol

#1 song is Run by Snow Patrol. I love the lyrics, the rythem and the flow of the song. I saw SP in at Kool Haus in Toronto earlier this year and when they sang Run it was almost like a religious experience for me.
Dont order my other favorits but I really like the songs:
What I got by - Sublime
Beautiful - Thornley
Boston - Augustana
If I were a Carpenter - Bobby Darin
Ziggy Stardust - David Bowie
Sweet Child of Mine - Guns & Roses
Bitter Sweet Symphony - The Verve
I Predict a Riot - Kaiser Cheifs
The Fallen - Franz Ferdinand
Overcome - Live
Post Blue - Placebo
Its Beginning to Get to Me - Snow Patrol
Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol (Im a big SP fan)
How to Save a Life - The frey
Gun Metal Green - Trocadro
Beautiful Day - U2
Common People - William Shatner (Yes the Shatner did do a remake and it is AMAZING!)
And then theres a 1000 more I could list bet these ones are the ones that are really special to me because they all have some kind of special significance to me.

Yay
I also love that song. Its great. A-Ha is a great, they did my favorite Bond theme "The Living Daylights" although the Bond theme from the new Casino Royal is rivaling it.
