When I was a young man I often thought that women didn't really like sex, I was wrong of course, women love sex just not with me, every time I look at people on line here I only see 2 as female where are all the women at? Just asking.

Yeah, I am here. Mostly because I'm curious about various sexual stuff. I've never had sex with any gender. I know for sure that I prefer men romantically because I've only ever been in love with men. But sexually I don't know what I'd prefer, I just know that I don't like having stuff inserted inside of me

There are still some great female members here, like dark eyes, bi his side, annika and others.. but sadly the sites changed from a site where there was often non sexual discussions of different subjects and so we do not offer that much to attract intelligent ladies or interest them, tho occasionally the ladies will post.......
If you use FB try groups like LGBT+ clubhouse, it has a very much larger ratio of females to males, its owed and run by a non binary / female couple and its a group that welcomes the whole range of people including poly and asexual people...... but like with any group, start a intelligent and mature non sexual discussion and it can quickly turn into a bashing and flaming conversation which makes it hard to really have any intelligent discussions so the majority of subjects are mostly selfies, selfies and selfies with the occasional positive pic post....

I agree with Long Duck. When I joined this site a bazillion years ago it seems, there was much more in the way of intelligent, meaningful discussion on topics such as how to come out to spouses, the emotional conflict some LGBTQ people often face, support for those trying to shed guilt and or confusion over non-binary attractions, etc.
Now, its more of a porn site by way of the forum topics. Also, and perhaps most importantly, back in the day it was a well moderated site. Then not at all ( for sad reaons ) and that I believe is when the site lost its way.
What gives me hope for the site is there are a alot of wonderful people here.

I joined the site as a 25yo bi girl 15 years ago. It had a sense of fun back then, helped by a vibrant chatroom and the lightest of moderation by the then owner. Debate in chat and forums could be wild at times and there were those who were at odds with each other about everything from sex to the end of the world. Music. Poetry. Films. Personal and national and international histories were common place.. And the rows about politics great fun though sometimes though but rarely too rancourous.. this site was always interesting. It was folk that made it so good.. Not just a few.. Dozens of them and I miss them dearly, Allbimyself, Arana, CMM, Annika, CSRAKate and many many more. They could laugh at themselves and that was important.
Then things went wrong, I believe in the main because the owner died, and others began to run the site... Folk tailed off.. A lot because chat was up so rarely and finally died. The owner should take note of that.. I
I loved this site so.. because of what peeps had to say even if I didn't agree with them.. Which was often lolololol. LDD could drive me to distraction at times and his then fiancee.. But I never stopped having time for either. And others too. Differences were rarely taken personally and that too played its part in making this site so good.
It was so good, so much fun, and the members so special to me that I stayed around even when this site and it's members showed me I really wasn't bisexual but lesbian. There was a generosity of spirit I wOnt forget. I loved so many in what I have always called .com, men and women, and even fell in love once, came close a second time. It wasn't all about sex. It was about humanity, fun, friendship, life, the world.. nd yeah.. and sex too.. Lots of that!
I doubt it will ever be so good again.. But we live in hope!!! As long as this site stays as it is there won't be many knocking on its door.. A few like me, Annika maybe, out of sentiment for what is really lost to us, and to say hello to old friends, but not as the guys who are around these days wish.. Those who run .com need to look back to before Drew's death and learn how they can breathe some life back into it..

I think it's cool that there are so many people who aren't neatly into particular categories. I'm mostly something, and a bit something else, and happy with the ratio even if it's not an obvious one-word answer. It's a shame if this site is a bit dead right when I get here, because I'm not sure where else to hang out online and talk about this stuff.

I agree with all of that. I am still here but it was better back then.
Actually, I feel it is improving a little from the worst of it when trolls ruled the main page.

I'm still here, but it has died down quite a bit since Drew died.
I log in once in awhile now just to see what's changed. I still want chat though.

yeah drew.... bloody nice guy, very friendly as well, he was a canadian bi male, only in his late 30s early 40s if I remember correctly.... and later the site was up for sale........ lol a couple of friends and I, toyed with the idea of buying the site and updating it as well as adding a dedicated chat host server system..... but like people have said, the site is not what it once used to be and while money is not a problem, it was more a case of can we reignite the flame that once burned brightly...... personally I believe so but it would depend on the members themselves if they lifted the site up and we saw a return to constructive debate and discussion.......
