Does it depend if you are using a toy, a condom, etc?

Astroglide
Very effective. A bit thicker than other lubes that we've tried (which is great because it doesn't create a runny mess). Easy to clean up. Doesn't dull sensation to the penis like AnalEase can.

Best lube ever. Lasts forever. Use just a drop, when it dries, do not reapply - just add a few drops of water.

All out toys are silicone or steel.

I use JO H2O. Works great with toys and the real thing. Easy to clean up, too.

How much of each component do you use? Do the two stay mixed?

Using oil with latex toys or condoms causes them to break down, creates perforations that hold bacteria.
Astroglide and KY are both water-based, and safe to use. Baby oil is not.
Many people have ruined good toys this way.
Of course, if you are not using condoms or latex, it doesn't matter.
