Hey there self.

I attended the Seattle Erotic Arts Fest this year. It was my first time to go, I went mainly because one of my chat buddies from the "other" site had submitted work and was in town.

It was interesting, but not quite what I expected. There were fewer examples of homoerotic art than I expected. Most of the pieces were of a mixed gender variety, which is fine too, just not what I anticipated. And the predominant theme was bdsm. Again fine, just different. Some of the art was incredible, my only complaint is that I felt there was not much variety as far as content.

I only attended the gallery viewing. I was not able to make it to any of the other events, although the community here was buzzing, particularly about some of the pre-parties. lol

yeah i noticed too that the bdsm theme was a wee bit overpowering..but, that seems to be the predominate kink in the western washington area and it's growing... strange that this festival would draw such a heavy representation of such a dark side of erotica..
