More Volty pics: Rollin' on the river on a warm summer's night

It's been awhile since I last posted some photos on here--this was just about a month back now--in mid to late August---(time sure is flying by really fast now--before you know it we will be opening our Christmas gifts!).

We were out on our boat, anchored off the baseball stadium where the Cincinnati Reds play--The Great American Ballpark--after the game--they shoot off some great fireworks---sadly--the photos I took of the fireworks were simply too blurry to be worth much.

Just figured I would share with ya some photos of the now fading summer.

I love the way you are capturing different aspects of american life....

many of your pics have been of a side of america and its people that we never get to see......and while I can get pics off the net, yours carry a personal feel and touch that really stands out....

so thanks again, for sharing with us, your america, your journey, your experiences and those absolutely awesome pics.....

I spent many happy hours cruising up and down the Ohio River, in my ex's cousin's restored Cris-Craft. Eating good food from the galley, making love under the stars, are good memories, too.

Watched the Belle of Louisville and the Delta Queen race from the water. (Like watching majestic snails)

Once met two college kids who were canoeing from Brandenburg Kentucky, to the Gulf of Mexico.

I wonder how that went?

Ohh Volty, you have NO idea of how great that looks right now. I'd be in Cat heaven. Good music, plenty of food and drinks, my fishing gear and maybe a sweetie or two...Niiiiiice.

I have relatives in Cincinnati. Visited them in early summer.
So, that makes these pictures that much more meaningful to me.
