I think I should re phrase the words multiple orgasm as it is being mispunderstood. The type that the aneros gives is actually one prolonged one so you are feel you are on the verge for as long as you can focus on it, but mostly around 20 minutes. At the end you can have a regular orgasm, ejaculate normally and be exhausted but have a wonderful empty feeling..... Apart from tantric sex which I haven't the patience or inclination to learn this is the most effective alternative!
