Just wondering about this, but not sure if I may be putting to much thought into it. When I was a teenager (13-14) I had a friend that I played with, yes a guy. well it could be awkward, but there's no doubt in my mind that he has thought about it too. It might very well be that he too is wondering. But then again, it might be something that he thinks took place at that time and has left all such things behind. As has been suggested, you might just refer to it in conversation and see his reaction. You should be able to tell from that. If it still isn't clear and you're still curious, then bring up more. Somehow it's bound to come out how he feels about it all and you both might end up enjoying each other again or not....at least you'll know.

I have a little story to tell that happened to me years ago. I don't know if it will help and it is different thought somewhat similar.
