For starters, you should read some of the threads that have already been posted on this topic. There's plenty of them, probably at least one such thread started every 4-6 weeks. They generally have good advice, and you will certainly get all the advice you need by reading the older threads.

To prove my point, I will now go through a few pages of similar threads and "elevate" them.

For goodness sake, don't continue this thread, people -- there's already enough such threads in this forum, IMO.

I respectfully suggest that any discussion should continue in one of those already started threads, and that this thread should be left alone, to die a natural death.

This is just a suggestion, since I'm not a moderator -- not by any means. I just want discussions not to be diluted too much, by having various/repetetive posts made across numerous redundant threads.

get you some Anal Eze or other type anal desensitizer for one. it will help to desensitive/relax the sphincter muscle and will slide in easier. i have something i use for joint pain which is Lidocaine 5% which is a strong desensitiver and i use that when i am about to get anal. my GF does me anal quite frequently and have used the Anal Eze and the other and they help tremendously.

i would advise cleaning yourself out if you dont have a good bowel movement just prior to having sex. you can get some calcium citritate (sp?) at the dollar store that will clean you out rather well. you can get it at the dollar store or here we can. you need to use it the day before and it will clean you out real well. a half a bottle should do it for most people.
